Thank you for choosing our handmade magnets. Each item is crafted with care and made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, please review the following refund policy:

1. Custom Orders Are Non-Refundable

All custom handmade products are final sale. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order. This includes items with personalized designs, names, photos, sizing, or made-to-order specifications.

2. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work has not started. After this period, cancellations cannot be accepted.

3. Defects or Craftsmanship Issues

If your item arrives damaged or with a workmanship defect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  

If the issue is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• A replacement of the item
  
• A repair (when possible)
  
• A partial or full refund if a replacement cannot be made
  

Issues caused by misuse, normal wear, or customer-provided incorrect information are not eligible for refunds.

1. Incorrect Information Provided by the Customer

We are not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided details such as:

• Misspellings or incorrect text
  
• Wrong sizes, colors, or measurements
  
• Low-quality or incorrect uploaded images
  

Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

2. Shipping Problems

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping:

• We will assist with filing a claim when applicable.
  
• Refunds will follow the carrier’s policies.
  

3. Customer Satisfaction

We want you to love your product. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us. While refunds may not always be possible, we will do our best to find a fair solution.
